Signoola Rewards Program

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to Signoola Rewards Program (“Signoola Points”).

By joining or using the Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Signoola reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

The Program is available to customers residing in Egypt.

Customers must create an account using a valid mobile number or email address.

The Program is for individual customers only. Wholesale accounts are not eligible.

3. Earning Points

Customers can earn points through purchases and specific activities as outlined below:

A. Purchase-Based Points

  • Customers earn 1 point for every 1 EGP spent on eligible purchases.

  • Points are calculated based on the final amount paid after discounts.

  • Points are added to the customer’s account within 24–72 hours after order delivery.

B. First Order Bonus

  • Customers placing their first order will earn double points on that order.

C. Signup & Newsletter Subscription

  • Customers who sign up or subscribe to the Signoola newsletter will receive 200 points as a one-time bonus.

D. Birthday Reward

  • Customers will receive 500 bonus points to celebrate their birthday.

  • Birthday points are granted once per year and require a valid date of birth registered in the customer’s account.

E. Social Media Engagement

Customers may earn points by engaging with Signoola on social media as follows:

  • Follow Signoola on Instagram: 20 points

  • Follow Signoola on Facebook: 20 points

  • Follow Signoola on TikTok: 20 points

  • Share a Signoola post on Facebook: 20 points

Each social media action is rewarded once per platform per account.

F. Referral Points

  • Customers will receive 5% Discount for each successful referral.

  • A referral is considered successful once the referred customer completes an eligible purchase.

  • Signoola reserves the right to apply limits on referral rewards to prevent abuse.

4. Promotional & Bonus Points

  • Special multipliers (Double Points, Bonus Points, etc.) may apply during promotional campaigns.

  • Signoola may modify, limit, or discontinue any earning activity, bonus scheme, or reward at any time without prior notice.

5. Redeeming Points

Every 1,000 points = 30 EGP discount.

Customers may redeem points for up to 10% of the order total.

Points discounts can be combined with any existing promotional discounts, sales, or campaign offers.

This allows customers to benefit from two discounts simultaneously (campaign discount + points discount).

Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Redeemed points are deducted once the order is confirmed.

6. Points Expiry

Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

Expired points are removed automatically and cannot be restored.

7. Membership Levels

Membership tiers are based on annual spending:

Bronze 

Earn Rate: 1 point per 1 EGP

Silver

Annual Spend: 3,000+ EGP

Earn Rate: 1.1 point per 1 EGP

Gold

Annual Spend: 7,000+ EGP

Earn Rate: 1.2 points per 1 EGP

Platinum

Annual Spend: 15,000+ EGP

Earn Rate: 1.5 points per 1 EGP

Perks: priority support + occasional free express shipping

Membership levels are reviewed annually.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Points earned from returned or canceled orders will be deducted.

Redeemed points from returned orders will be reinstated.

If the account balance becomes negative due to adjustments, Signoola may offset it from future earnings.

9. Account Management

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and login information.

Signoola is not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse of points.

10. Fraud & Misuse

Signoola may freeze or terminate accounts in cases of:

Fake or suspicious transactions

Multiple accounts registered for the same customer

Abuse of promotions, system loopholes, or fraudulent activity

11. Program Changes & Termination

Signoola may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

If the Program is terminated, customers will have 30 أيام to redeem any remaining points before expiry.
