You may request a return within 14 أيام from the date of receiving your order, as long as the item is in perfect, unused condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and labels included.
All returned items are subject to inspection.

• Towels
• Beach towels & beach mats
• Bedsheets and bedding sets
• Any custom-made or personalized items
Manufacturing Defects
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.
Photos or videos of the defect are required for verification.
Return Shipping Fees
• Change of mind: The customer pays the return shipping fees (both ways).
• Defective item: We cover all shipping fees.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working أيام after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
