Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

• Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next working day.

• You will receive a tracking SMS once your order is shipped.

• We offer COD for the first delivery attempt.

• If the order is not received during this attempt, the COD option will be closed for future deliveries.

• To redeliver, the customer must pay the product cost plus shipping fees.

• To ensure your safety, please record a video while opening the package and inspecting its contents.

• This ensures that any damage or missing items can be verified.

• For an additional 10 EGP, you can choose to open and inspect your package at the time of delivery.

• If you’re not satisfied, you can reject the package, but the shipping and inspection fees will apply.

• Ensure you record a video while opening the package to verify the condition of the contents.

• If any issues are found, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
